Introduction to Firearms Workshop
*NOTE* This course is classroom instruction only; there are no live-fire drills or associated range time.
For those in need of the basics...This course of instruction is designed for individuals with minimal or no handgun knowledge or training. It focuses on firearm safety, handgun / ammunition fundamentals and characteristics; to include weapon disassembly/reassembly, general maintenance, ammunition types and calibers. We also cover in detail procedures for filling out the Mississippi Individual Firearms Permit Application for a concealed carry permit.
